Around one in six Australian couples face infertility when trying to start a family. The high cost of fertility testing and treatment can place IVF out of reach for many. We want to remove those barriers and support more South Australians to start and grow their families, which is why we have a plan to make IVF more accessible for those who need it.

Labor's IVF rebate scheme will help thousands of South Australian women and families each year with the costs of fertility treatments statewide. The South Australian scheme will be open to a wider cohort of women and families through a higher income threshold and the ability to access the rebate for more than one cycle.
