Labor’s plan includes establishing a new $500 million Housing Fast-Track Fund to purchase strategic land holdings and accelerate their development, delivering much needed housing in prime locations.
The fund presents a significant opportunity to partner with industry to increase supply. By working together, we can speed up development and ensure more South Australians have a genuine opportunity to own a home, now and into the future.
In addition, a re-elected Malinauskas Labor Government will establish a further $500 million Apartment Fast-Track Fund to support industry and unlock more homes in the city.
