Ella Shaw

Ella Shaw was born and raised in a small regional town on the Yorke Peninsula. Prior to moving to Adelaide to study Law at university, Ella worked in the hospitality industry and worked part time as a Supervisor of a Swim School whilst studying.

Ella and her husband Scott, a local tradie, live in the Elizabeth community. Having grown up in a regional town, Ella knows the value of community and supporting your neighbours, local businesses, and the people who make our community thrive.

She has represented retail and fast-food workers across the Northern suburbs, whilst working at the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association Union, fighting for stronger wages, job security and better working conditions.

Ella has spent her working career supporting South Australian workers, organisations and businesses in her roles across the union movement and in State Government.
